Greg Kater is an Australian author of historical fiction who lives in Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Before writing he spent 55 years working internationally in the mineral resources industry, and he has now retired from that career.
His historical novels include the Warramunga trilogy. The first book, The Warramunga's War, was published by Zeus Publications, and The Warramunga's Aftermath of War is the second. For that book he drew on the eleven years, from 1969 to 1980, that he lived in the Philippine Islands as a mining executive, and on his long knowledge of the Northern Territory of Australia, where he lived and worked at different points in his career. Skills of the Warramunga and Conflict on the Yangtze are also on his list.
