Peter Thiel

Peter Thiel, a German-American venture capitalist, co-founded PayPal in 1998, Palantir Technologies in 2003 and Founders Fund in 2005, and in 2004 he became Facebook's first outside investor. As an author he is best known for Zero to One: Notes on Startups, or How to Build the Future, which has more than 420,000 ratings on Goodreads. He also wrote The Straussian Moment.
