Rina Kent has a big following in dark romance through series such as Royal Elite and Legacy of Gods. This can be read alone, but the author recommends Kiss the Villain and Hunt the Villain first, and we would follow that advice. It is aimed squarely at readers comfortable with dark content and morally compromised leads.
