Why we’re excited
Hannah Grace moves her romance from the ice rink to the Formula One paddock. This opens a new series, In the Paddock, set among drivers, teams and the race-weekend circuit, with a new cast of characters and, according to the publisher, some cameos from people her readers already know.
Grace broke through with Icebreaker, the hockey romance that launched her Maple Hills books, and her audience has been waiting to see what she would do next. As book one of a new series, it needs no homework. Sports romance readers, and anyone who got into Formula One through the Netflix series, are the natural fit.
