Twinkle Khanna, known as Mrs Funnybones to her readers, launched her latest book Pyjamas Are Forgiving on September 7, 2018. Her husband Akshay Kumar and other Bollywood celebrities joined her as she unveiled the book Pyjamas Are Forgiving. Sonam Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Bobby Deol, Karan Johar and Dimple Kapadiya also joined her at the event in Mumbai.
Pyjamas Are Forgiving is Twinkle Khanna‘s third book. Unlike her previous works, this is a novel that revolves around a divorced woman. She runs into her ex-husband and his young wife at an Ayurvedic retreat in Kerala.
She became popular for her wit and wordplay soon after her first book Mrs Funnybones. Mrs Funnybones was a compilation of the columns she wrote for a leading daily news paper. While her second book, The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad, was a collection of short stories; one of which was adapted into the film PadMan.
